Thomas Brenneis (CFO)
Thomas Brenneis has been a member of the board since 2014. He is an experienced financial manager & controller who has been able to build up and prove his know-how in international corporate structures.
Brenneis has been shaping the Centralized Services of the ICS Group from the very beginning through consistent process optimization. His investment and financing decisions also lead to continuous, healthy growth that takes account of both shareholder and stakeholder demands.
Hans-Jörg Tittlbach (CEO)
Hans-Jörg Tittlbach has led the group of companies since 2013, based on passionate IT consulting and many years of top management experience in the international distribution of IT and communications services.
Tittlbach initiated decisive impulses that sustainably strengthened the market position of the ICS Group in the digital age. With a keen sense of trends and customer focus, he continually establishes innovative solutions, such as highly intelligent AI platforms and collaborative robotics.
David Poche (COO)
David Poche joined the top management in 2018. He has been working for the ICS Group since 2014 and was previously responsible for IT Service Management / Remote Management / ServiceDesk.
Poche is passioned about the idea of service excellence and knows how service organizations can be set up for the future. Under his leadership, the diverse services and managed services of the ICS Group will be tailored even more consistently to growing customer needs and centralized.
Oliver Moser (CDO)
As a proven IT and mobility expert, Oliver Moser has been leading the ICS Software department since 2007. In addition, as CDO he is now responsible for digitalization and innovation management within the group.
With strategic competence, a consistent view of the future and in-depth project know-how, Moser has successfully expanded its portfolio in recent years to include networked IoT solutions, agile apps and cloud-based collaboration platforms with which ICS customers can sustainably secure their lead.
José da Silva (CSO)
José da Silva has been with the company since 1989. During his career at ICS, he was responsible for product management, marketing & sales as well as business development.
Not least because of his operational and strategic orientation and his strong communication skills, Silva is often regarded as the "ICS face". Today, as Chief Sales Officer (CSO), he is in charge of overall sales within the group, looks after major international customers and manages the partner landscape.
Karsten Jung (CTO)
Karsten Jung has been the leading head of ICS Labeling & Marking department for more than 10 years. Thanks to his expertise in the field of industrial labeling & process automation, he complements the board as CTO.
His work covers networked machines & systems, robots & cobots, RFID & AIDC data capture, sensors, barcoding, labeling and printing processes as well as intelligent labels. He tirelessly creates new ideas and links the technologies to sustainable Industry 4.0 applications.
