Service & Repair
ICS offers you a wide range of services for mobile and stationary printing systems as well as for barcode scanners and mobile computers. These include configuration, staging and deployment as well as repair and maintenance in our in-house Service & Repair Center or on-site at your premises.

On-Site Service
The ICS Field Service is available for you throughout Europe to carry out installations, maintenance and repairs of printing systems (barcode printers, label printers, labelling systems) as well as scanners and mobile computers on your premises - fast, competent and reliable. Qualified ICS service technicians thereby ensure the availability, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of your IT systems and IT hardware.
In order to avoid cost-intensive repairs and to detect possible defects at an early stage, we recommend regular preventive maintenance within the scope of an individual maintenance contract. Original Spare Parts From the Producer
As a premium partner of well-known manufacturers, we can supply you with all spare and wear parts for thermal transfer printers and direct thermal printers, from the print head to the pressure roller and the belt. We are also happy to supply resellers. Please ask for our special conditions for dealers / resellers.
