Project Management
Structured and goal-oriented project management is the essential success factor for the conception and realization of your future IT solution. Therefore, your personal ICS project manager will accompany you right from the beginning as a fixed contact person for all project-related matters and will act as a mediator, both externally and internally. His role will be to work out project goals and boundaries together with you, and define the project scope, budgets and timelines (in scope, in time, in budget) and the action plans. SAP®-Consulting
