On request and after mutual agreement, job interviews can take place online via video conference or on site at one of our locations. We look forward to the dialog with you.

Dress up anyway: Since the conversations are often held with video, it is best to wear clothes that you would also wear to a personal meeting. This makes you feel better and is good for your self-esteem.
Pay attention to the lighting: A well-lit face immediately appears more open and friendlier.
Pay attention to the background: The clothes from the previous day on the floor, the plate from lunch or party photos are not only none of your potential employers' business, they also do not make an optimal first impression. So please make sure you have a neutral or orderly background. The background can reflect your person, but it should only show your best side.
Find a quiet place and mute your phone.
Do not read off: Of course you can take the opportunity to keep a few notes open on the desktop. But only use them in bullet points and avoid reading sentences or even paragraphs.
Do a test run: Check whether the connection speed is sufficient and holds up. Is the necessary software or app installed and ready for use?
A test run will help you to make sure that everything works, too. You can also check again whether your video displays properly. If you don't like the angle, a book or a small box under the laptop may help.
