Our customer, the Nouvelle PSP CI (hereinafter: NPSP), is situated in Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast) with the strategic mandate of safe distribution of medicines in the national sovereign territory.

The future-proof fulfillment of this order requires an extensive expansion of the existing IT infrastructure of NPSP and a completely reorganized process landscape - with digital and automated sub-processes. In this respect, the project has "pioneer character" and is supported in further project steps by the Global Fund, which is dedicated to fighting AIDS, tuberculosis and malaria.

With ICS Group, NPSP found the right partner for this complex supply chain project, having extensive experience in international digitalization projects in healthcare and pharmaceutical supply chain projects. As of the end of 2022, the solution is in an advanced implementation phase.
