LogiMAT 2019: Integrative solutions for the digital supply chain in medium-sized businesses and corporate groups - end-to-end
Neu-Anspach, 22 November 2018: Under the motto "Shaping processes. Move IT. Together." at LogiMAT, from 19 to 21 February 2019 in Stuttgart, the customer of the digitization partner ICS Group (ICS) is in focus. In Hall 8 / Stand A21, companies from all industries and of all sizes can discover innovative concepts and integrative solutions that network, automate and optimize the individual supply chain cross company. ICS will be presenting its unique real-time transport control system "ICS eTLS®" as a top solution at the trade fair stand, which analyses, controls and optimizes all transports and thus all factory traffic. In addition, the integrated solution provider will be presenting portfolio innovations in the areas of warehouse management software, warehouse automation & robotics, labelling, transport telematics and services for industry 4.0.
In addition, visitors to the exhibition stand can look forward to a live event in which the productivity advantages of the latest mobile technologies and IoT devices can be experienced up close and measured "in figures". In addition, ICS advises on concepts for mobile IT infrastructures, which, not least against the background of the change in the mobile operating system sector, often require acute action on the part of users.
"Digitalization does not lead to success per se, but shows partly undesirable effects, caused by insufficient process orientation and lacking foresight", David Poche, COO of the ICS Group, knows to report and further explains: "Integrative concepts and solutions, which intelligently combine market-established standards, innovative approaches and individual process requirements, secure the lead".
The real-time transport control system ICS eTLS®, which received the Telematik Award in the warehouse logistics category in 2018, stands for a genuine integrative solution in the literal sense of the word "parade". For the first time, this unique system solution offers dynamic planning, control and monitoring of all internal transport orders, defined according to priorities and based on any means of transport. Freely scalable and depending on the technology used, companies are enabled to split transport orders with changing priorities into individual transports and to achieve seamless transport efficiency - both indoor and outdoor. The ICS eTLS® is seamlessly connected to higher-level IT, such as SAP® ERP or warehouse management systems, such as Stradivari® WMS. Interested parties can convince themselves at the LogiMAT 2019 of the flexible ICS warehouse management software, which among other things guarantees the integration of almost all possible automation and mobility technologies.
Mobility in the sense of the customer remains the keyword at the trade fair stand. In the live event Demo Park, a wide variety of current mobile computer and scanner technologies can be used. The advantages of, among other things, simultaneous barcode capture in goods receipt or voice processing in order picking will be demonstrated directly.
ICS also sees opportunities to increase efficiency and open up new markets for the entire mobile IT infrastructure. Due to the imminent end of the life cycle of Windows Mobile and Windows CE operating systems, the mobile landscape is in a state of flux. The switch to alternative systems, such as AndroidTM OS, requires individual migration and integration strategies. ICS is an experienced solution integrator with in-house software programming and 24/7 service desk, intelligent mobile device management concepts as well as scalable IT services up to managed services.
